First time, I have to work with the time such as 1 pm until 9 pm. It can been said the challenge my working life as i am the permanent employee. It is fun but it also challenge for the call. Let me take time to solve the problem for the customer. At the same time, i also learn a lot of new items such as I don’t know the knowledge and my colleagues teach me a lot. I am thank for them and let me gain a lot of experiences. I love you all and I love my life too.

In year 2013 , I realized I went to be adult and I am not the child any more. Need to think a lot and need to plan before I go through the problems. In the case, I went the election on my first time in Malaysia. By the way , I had saw the peoples to cover the Malay person from Malaysia. Even the government did the dirty trick to all commonwealth.

All of us get disappointment to the Malaysia. Say Malaysia will get hopeless in the future. By right, it will depend on the human and how they think the way to go. In my mind, I do not care who will be but need to improve the country as well. Do not let the country to be bad in the world , it should be alright.

I love to listen the music but it is not at all and need to depend the music too. I love to listen the music is soft, rock, powerful meaning or love song. So I had to purchased a music original disc and it is Silly John.

His song quite nice, I love to listen and feel touch at all.  Great to enjoy music life. Wish every one have too. Cheers.

Luckily, I can get a rest within 4 days. It is included Saturday and Sunday. But I’m willing to deal with that, and get few of things to done. Such as assignment and my other project. Wish I can get the good girl friend too. Do not regret what I can meet up. Do not regret what I work for. Do not regret how my life to be. Do not regret I can get the good life for my self.
April fool is the good day but wish all of them do not lie to peoples. Due to it will to be your part. Good Luck and Good Enjoy with it.

As my experience, I would not work at 5 o clock in the morning with my job position. Appreciate that i can work as client tech support in dell and get a nice journey. I started to work from 5 a.m to 1 p.m. I realize the customer has not wake up yet and get the low call. However, the climax will start from 10 a.m and I will been busy on that moment. Never think I will work at 5 a.m with Dell. Hopefully every things I can learn and it will fine.

I appreciate I learnt a lot of things from Dell company and very thank my all buddies , my manager and my little cute Level 2 ( Khang Liang ).  This team mostly is new to other teams. We also do our best and challenge to the matrix at all.  No choice for few of days and need to to O.T for the job.

My knowledge also improving about customer experiences and other matrices to how about dell work for ? These matrices will help me for my little business soon. Great learn to my life.

Commitment , Other meaning is promise. Whenever you promise to customer, and you need to call back or do the thing to customer. You need to get it fix or done.

This year 2013 started my working life and it is not cover for the Chinese new year. So I need to work during the Chinese New Year. I’m feel very tired at all but it can let me earn more money. However the job would not let me stop and need to continue work after my normal rest days ( Saturday and Sunday ).

My family will back to work after Tuesday and except me need to work from Monday to Friday as usual. It is quite difficult to my life and meet up the different customer during the calls. I need to learn up the communication skill and the soft skill to get the customer as well.

My plan is on going to success included my projects. I will keep forward my idea to success on my life. I take my idea to the web application but still do improvement for it. Wish i can handle every things in my life.  I purchased my new hand phone and happy for that because it is using my own in-come to purchased the hand phone. Even my parent cannot stop me to do that. I will improve my languages and keep forward to serve customer more easier.   To my own websites, I will keep update my sources and will write the articles with my dependency mood in the blog. Hope this year is my lucky year. Cheers at all.
